1:1 Support for recovery/wellbeing
Service Description
Social and Therapeutic Horticulture offers a personalised approach; with sessions created to help improve and maintain holistic wellbeing through gardening and other green care activities. Following an initial assessment and consultation in partnership with the client, carers and any relevant health care professionals, , a programme of 1:1 intervention, centred around the clients wishes, feelings and goals will be developed. Sessions will then be offered on a regular basis, either in the client’s own home, or at a local community garden. This service is aimed at adults, please see other services for Children.
