Rooting education in nature through hands-on gardening sessions.

Service Description
A comprehensive hands-on club provision, which draws on RHS School Gardening Awards and Children in Permaculture Programmes. Students learn from the ground up - exploring soil health and preparation, through to harvesting food, supporting wildlife and saving seeds for the future. Weekly sessions provide a regular place for community, social interaction, an opportunity to experience stewardship and responsibility, whilst building relationship with the natural world. Class teachers/members of support staff are required to be present and engaged throughout the session.
