Service Description

Our Care Home and Day Centre Activity Sessions offer Social and Therapeutic Horticulture, and Nature Connection experiences created for care home residents and day centre visitors. These sessions provide an engaging way for participants to connect with nature, explore by using their their senses, foster social interaction and encourage physical movement. Mindfulness runs through our sessions, along with a focus on community. We work in partnership with residents/attendees and their carers to create an inclusive and relaxed environment, where every person feels safe and connected. All materials provided. Sessions can take place either outside, or inside - a garden is not required! Suitable for those with Dementia, Parkinson’s, Life-limiting conditions and physical disabilities.
